Ten things to note about PCB puzzles

1. The outer frame (clamping edge) of the PCB puzzle should adopt a closed-loop design to ensure that the PCB puzzle will not be deformed after being fixed on the fixture;

2, PCB board width ≤ 260mm (SIEMENS line) or ≤ 300mm (FUJI line); If you need automatic dispensing, PCB board width × length ≤ 125 mm × 180 mm;

3, PCB puzzle shape as close as possible to the square, it is recommended to use 2 × 2, 3 × 3, ... ... puzzle; but do not spell into a yin and Yang board;

4. The center distance between small plates is controlled between 75 mm and 145 mm.

5, when setting the reference positioning point, usually leave 1.5 mm larger non-resist welding area around the positioning point;

6. There shall be no large devices or protruding devices near the connection point between the outer frame of the puzzle and the inner plate, the small plate and the small plate, and there shall be more than 0.5mm space between the components and the edge of the PCB plate. To ensure the normal operation of the cutting tool;

7. Make four positioning holes in the four corners of the outer frame of the puzzle, the aperture is 4mm±0.01mm; the strength of the holes should be moderate to ensure that it will not break in the process of the upper and lower plates; the accuracy of the aperture and position is higher, and the wall of the holes is smooth without burrs ;

8. There must be at least three positioning holes for each small board in the PCB board, 3 ≤ aperture ≤ 6 mm, and wiring or patching is not allowed within 1 mm of the rim positioning holes;

9, the whole board for PCB positioning and the reference symbol for fine-pitch device positioning, in principle, the QFP spacing less than 0.65mm should be set in its diagonal position; for the imposition of the PCB daughter board positioning reference symbol should be paired Use, arranged at the diagonal of the positioning element;

10, large components should have positioning posts or positioning holes, focusing on such as I / O interface, microphone, battery interface, micro switch, headphone jack, motors, etc.;
