    NOTE 1 The current-carrying capacity of the copper foil width when copper foil is used as a conductor to pass high currents should be determined by reference to the numerical derating of 50% in the table. "Because of the limited thickness of the copper-clad copper foil, the current-carrying capacity of the copper foil should be considered in the strip copper foil that needs to flow a large current.     Generally, the thickness of the copper foil on the PCB is 35um, and the width of the line is 1mm. Then, the cross-sectional area of the line is 0.035mm2, and the current density is usually taken as 30A/mm2. Therefore, 1A current can flow per millimeter of line width.
IPC275-A has a calculation formula on the standard. It is related to temperature rise, copper foil thickness, A.
I = 0.0150 (DT 0.5453) (A 0.7349) for IPC-D-275 Internal Traces
I = 0.0647 (DT 0.4281) (A 0.6732) for IPC-D-275 External Traces
The IPC275-A standard was not found.


If conditions permit, the wider and the better, the wider the better. Try out the general parameters only to ensure safety, too thin ground line noise will be very large
